Rented a home not too long ago through Jim. Awful experience let me say, he’s a pathological liar, he claimed to us when we first had a walk through the the house that he didn’t have the time nor money to have it cleaned out before we got the place but after we finished our 1-year lease he charged us nearly $300 for a cleaning service that he claims is “required” and because we left it dirty. Which I have a video of the entire place and how we left it clean right before we left. He made us purchase a service to have someone come in and check for roaches. (We didn’t have any bugs in our place ever, and never reimbursed). We didn’t even have a working dishwasher which we requested MANY times to get fixed and he NEVER came in to fix anything.
