After interviewing many (7) builders and seeing their work in different stages of construction, Gold Coast was our choice and we couldn’t be happier. We purchased a lot and contracted to build a custom home. After a few months of dealing with construction loan hassles through the bank, we decided to buy one of the Gold Coast homes we saw during the construction phase after it was finished rather than wait to build. Every detail is perfect. One of the first things I noticed when we were looking at Gold Coast homes in different stages of construction was how clean and neat the construction sites were during construction. I spoke with the lady in the front office ( Lisa ) she was very rude and told me to take them off my call list. Said I called 3xs in the same day and it was my first time calling. I called to ask a simple question because I was interested, and she immediately dismissed me. I’m unsure of what her problem is, but there is no need to take your frustrations out on someone who did nothing to you. If you plan to call this place, please ask for a higher up or another staff member to speak with.
