I am selling my home and the buyer is working with Bruce this man has been at my house twice both times after he left his left lights on and the second time he left lights on and decided to lower the heat down when I return home it was pretty chilly in my house and that is how I noticed now the heat must run for an hour to get back to where it should be at , I am on a very tight budget with all my bills as everything is very expensive and this is shown a very lack of respect for others property as well individuals, I always thought Realtors were held to some kind of moral values or ethics standards but I guess they are not ? When we decided to sell our home of 15 years, we originally went with another realtor but after 6 months and no bites we decided to give Lynn Brooks of Godin a chance because she had sold my mother in laws trailer for us. Lynn came in and advised us of small changes we could do to sell our house and she sold it in 1 1/2 months. Originally we were moving out of state but when things changed and we needed to stick around Lynn took us to 12 different properties till we found the right one. So after 6 years when we decided to sell again we didn't consider anyone else. We wish she could've come with us to help us again. I couldn't recommend anyone more.

Poorly managed, extremely unethical and unprofessional. Never do business with this company.
