GNR Property Management

The maintenance phone line goes nowhere and does not have a voicemail set up. There is also no email set up through the online portal. In order to make a maintenance request you have to go through the office, where they are essentially a middle man and have to make a maintenace request ticket for you. There is no urgency to resolve any maintenance request. My bathroom pipes froze during the cold front in February 2026 and I was not contacted about it for over a week after my "maintenance request". I had to solve the issue on my own with no help from property management. There are also multiple smoke alarms within the unoccupied apartments above me that need batteries changed. Avoid renting through this property management company at all costs because they will not resolve your issues.

Terrible, we had a detrimental ceiling leak the day after a snow fall. I understand that travel was hard and an immediate response was not entirely possible, but it took nearly 5 phone calls and around 4 hours to get a maintenance worker to come in and just put down a trash can and say he couldn’t do anything because they couldn’t get into our upstairs neighbors unit????? 0/5 my roommates bed is ruined and GNR still isn’t answering us!

GNR Properties has always been kind and flexible with me. Their management is well coordinated and communicative. Thank you Ana Esponda for reaching out and making sure my home received the maintenance it needed for my garage door and dishwasher.

I have had excellent experiences with GNR Maintenance. Antwaun (Supervisor) is outstanding - He fixes things fast & correctly! He installed a new hot water tank today. It was installed within a timely manner & he made sure later on that it was working correctly! GNR needs more Employees like Mr. Antwaun!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. RUN FAR AWAY!! Unfortunately, the old management group I signed a lease with sold the property to GNR so had no choice in the matter. I called the office for an update on the security deposit I have yet to receive (45 days past my last day in the apartment that I left in PRISTINE condition) and I was told by the Jordan, the “office manager” that “this is not a productive phone call” and then they hung up on me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GROUP. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I have timestamped photo and video proof and I will not let them take what’s owed to me. Ieaschia Darby has been leaving me hanging on all attempts at communication. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, THEY WONT GIVE IT BACK.
