Jeff Frederick, our real estate agent, was fantastic. He would answer any and all questions I had.....even when he was on vacation. We ran into a lot of hurdles while our house was on sale (broken sewer line) but Jeff was very patient with us and helped us get through all the problems we encountered with selling and then having to move our settlement date.
