Glenwood Apartmentse

I disagree with the negative reviews here. Office ladies have been kind and helpful to me. They DO NOT allow street drugs in or near the property, not even weed. As long as you dont cause problems, follow the rules on the lease and just be freindly or avoid those who upset you. You are fine here. These are actually one of the best HUD apartments. And their background checks are strict. I like the fact i dont have to worry about druggies, criminals or kids screaming here. Its nice and quiet. Even my sister Bonnie was impressed abd shes fussy!

no toni bradly is so wrong it's offensive. there are no drugs in the parking lot... this place is quiet and a close knit community. with all kinds of interesting people. it often times feels like a collage dorm situation. it's a fantastic place. it's very clean amd well run. and it's handled being a 50 year old structure well. the maintenance engineer and management stay on top of everything they're made aware of and they do so quicky. this place is bug free. you know how hard that is? they have an actual pest control company come do preventative services. oh, and I'm sorry, not sorry but the ladies in the office are funny. good at their job. and care. I've never had a single problem here ... and I have been told I can be problematic on occasion. thanks Lori and Debbie. sorry but

The management is amazing they go through hell and seem to still be able to smile and keep an awesome and business attitude and make sure you feel welcome. They also including the amazing maintenance staff check with you from time to time to ensure that everything is working and if there's anything they're allowed to do for you and if it is possible they will help you out to the best of their ability. I would like to thank all of the Glenwood staff for all they do to make life a little easier and more comfortable for so many of Tulsa's senior community

Staff has been great to me. As with anywhere you live you gotta be careful who you associate with and who you trust. Thankfully I've found a few I can trust that help me with my cat when I'm in a hospital sometimes for weeks not just quick 2 or 3 day stays. The only thing is that I wish there was a pool, but understandably with it being for handicap, elderly or disabled I get it being a safety concern; altho there is things could be done to ensure a safe pool these days.... Another thing is I wish that my rent payment which comes straight from my bank account each month would be able to build my credit score. I've been here from March 2014 to now and I don't see myself moving anytime soon if ever They have security that watches the lots at night... they are not expected which makes it hard

Been here for 3 years and love it! Good staff, quiet environment and renovated apartments.
