So far so good. We're about a month into our lease and haven't had any problems. The neighbours are respectful and the building is well constructed. We almost never hear our neighbours through the walls unless they take a shower. There are children that live and play here, so they do make some noise but it isn't unbearable and the children are respectful of others and the community. It is great that they have laundry services on site that's open 24/7. Sometimes the machines are left a bit dirty by other residents.

This is definitely the best apartment building in the area. It's always quiet, clean and friendly! My apartment is nice, spacious and includes a garage. The onsite manager really strives at meeting your needs. And it has a management company that doesn't just ignore problems.

They find any excuse to not give you your security deposit back. You have to take them to small claims court to get it back. Not everyone does it so they found a loophole to keep everyone's money. Thieves!!

This place is very unprofessional. I called the office and spoke to person named Leigh who was very rude. She told me to come to the office and she could show me what was available and we could do paperwork. On the phone she seemed very confused so I asked to come in and meet with them. When I got there the office was locked and I waited for a half hour and then left.
