Glens of Bloomfield

I have lived at the Glens for almost 14 years. My neighbors have been wonderful and some are like family. The management company however has changed a lot over the last 2-3 years and the quality of the apartments have gone down tremendously. Although the upkeep hasn’t been good for awhile, I must say that the previous property manager Adrienne was wonderful. She did her absolute best with what she was given and her limited authority. However, anytime I had an issue she made sure to follow up on items quickly. She was also very caring. This was demonstrated when some of our residents thought one of our seniors were ill as they hadn’t been seen for awhile. I called Adrianne and she did not hesitate to have someone come over. Adrian showed my wife and I a couple of lovely units. Because of her exceptional knowledge of the property.We are strongly considering your location for our Michigan move. Adrian was extremely polite during our tour and had a very refreshing spri. We were excited after our visit with her. Thank you. Whoever hired her deserves a raise.

I have a friend that lives at The Glens of Bloomfield and I visit her almost weekly. I am so impressed at the way the property looks. It seems life they take the way their property looks very seriously. The landscaping always looks nice, they seem to be renovating all of the time too which is great! They seem to really care about their residents and also appreciate them as well. I am very impressed that they respond to their reviews all of the time. Not alot of communities have that much interest in making improvements as much as The Glens. I am moving out of my current apartment in 3 months and I look forward to moving into The Glens!

Today, I toured The Glens of Bloomfield with Kayla, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was not properly greeted and was unsure where to go. I had to poke my head into her office before being acknowledged, at which point she stated I could come in and have a seat. During the tour, I asked if it would be possible to view more than one apartment, and I was told no because she had another tour scheduled after me. Throughout the tour, I felt extremely rushed. Kayla walked ahead of me with her back turned, which made the experience feel dismissive and unwelcoming. When we entered the apartment, I attempted to ask questions and get clarity on certain aspects, but her responses were brief and came across as rude. While the apartment itself was a nice size,

Adrian and Kayla were very professional and very helpful. The property was very clean and Adrian is very knowledgeable when it comes to looking out for a persons true needs. She is not pushy and was very polite and kind. Promote her immediately!
