Glenridge Gardens

The property manager ann is very rude and threatens tenants with eviction if they don't abide by her made-up rules and says tenants can't have guests during the day. If ann the property manager don't like you personally and thinks you are below her she will do anything in her power to make life hard on you and if you have kids don't think the father can visit the kids there you will get a eviction notice for it.

The people working at Glenridge Gardens Apartments are very helpful and friendly. They will help walk you through the process. The Apartments are older, but kept up well. Most of the people living here are very nice and they look out for each other. They really do keep the property up nice. Lots a kids here too, if you have children it's nice they have others to play with.

I lived here as a teen with my mother and it was nice back then, but I also never had to deal with the property management until now. I called to find out if they had any available apts, had to leave a message. I was called back on the same day. The woman who called seemed annoyed by me as soon as I answered and put out when I asked a few important questions. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it is unprofessional to treat people like that when it's your job in the 1st place, not to mention, most people who are inquiring about these apts are in dire need of low income housing for one reason or another, therefore she should be kind, understanding and more than willing to help with what ever they can. Having an extremely hard time getting hold of them. The contact information on maine state housing site doesn't match up with the current property management name. Have called 4 times in three days and have yet to actually speak to anyone at the office

Great place to visit. Located right next to the viles arboretum, you can explore your way around multiple trail systems all intertwining with another. They allow dogs and have to say you see a lot of people with dogs out and about walking these trails. trail system does have snowshoeing and cross country skiing trails as well.
