Glenoak Apartments

The apartments are nice for being in the bluff, the only downfall is snitching ass neighbors. These people run to the office for any and everything, so if you’re young you might want to look around for somewhere else! However the management is great, they don’t harass you at all, you really have to show your butt to get written up so pick your poison. The good outweighs the bad for the most part!

Poorly managed. Residents don't have dumpsters available to them. Kids climb the fences and break stuff. The pool has been empty all summer (2019). I understand that this is a government subsidized facility, but that doesn't mean they can't find suitable managers.

Lots of vandalism not safe to live there. Management never answers phones and they never fix anything. And pest control is poor.

It's nice from the outside and nice on the inside. But have been waiting for Maintenance for months now to fix little things

They need to figure out getting the gates fixed and replace bulbs an repair lights. Lots of security issues. Vehicle's vandalized
