Glenmuir Apartments

I moved in this summer and have been very peacefully happy here. The property is beautifully maintained — it truly feels like a small community with gorgeous landscaping and secluded greenspace surrounding a central sprawling pond accented by a trio of stunning fountains. The seasonal upkeep is especially noticeable and really adds to the charm of the community. I love my garden-style unit with water-facing balcony; it is spacious, full of value, and shines with recent quality renovations. Shout out to the bonus interior features including the fireplace, vaulted ceilings, updated track lighting, and the spacious walk-in closet - all lend to a home feeling elevated and comfortable. I had a repair request to fix the furnace because I had no heat. The maintenance crew were very quick to respond and fix the problem. The crew and staff here are responsive and professional. I really enjoy living here at Glenmuir Apartments.

I have lived at Glenmuir for 3 years and never had a better rental experience. I’m moving out of state which is the only reason I’m leaving - but otherwise I would rent here for many more years! The girls at the office are so lovely and kind and have always responded to every one of my requests quickly and with a smile. The maintenance guys are also wonderful and have addressed any maintenance concerns quickly. I lived in a 2 bedroom 1.5 garden style and the rent was so reasonable for the space. I love the high ceilings, built in bookshelves, lots of windows, etc. They are also super animal friendly! Over my time here i’ve had multiple different roommates that have had an array of caged pets (bird, snakes, gecko) plus a cat and dog, and they welcomed them here without a second thought w

Fastest maintenance team in the Midwest! They arrive quickly after requested and get the job done! My water heater, fireplace and heat all quit on me in one day- but within minutes of being here everything was up and running again! Everyone is so nice and works well with you with whatever you need!
