Young Adults Overlooked: A Disappointing Rental Experience I was reminded of this place when a friend of mine wished to apply; however, I advised her against it because of an experience I had with the facility. I followed all the prescribed procedures but did not receive my keys. My sister and I were close to sharing a single room intended for siblings, a matter we did not mind. I signed the required documents and provided a move-in date. I brought my cat's documentation, secured home insurance, and inquired about the bill. When the move-in date arrived, we asked in advance about the payment process. We were told that payment could be made on the day of move-in, which would also entitle us to receive our keys. We paid all required fees and followed the instructions provided by the office.

Very bad experience. The manager (Zuleika Perry) was rude and unprofessional. On several occasions she claimed to have receipts and evidence about the collections, but she never delivered them, and later stopped responding and ignored my messages. In addition, his answers were in a mocking tone despite the fact that I always addressed myself with respect. It is a pity that, having trained people, this place has someone with zero ability to manage and solve problems, seriously affecting the trust of customers. I don't recommend it.

I have served as a local volunteer firefighter in the area for several years, have responded to numerous calls at this complex, and am appalled at unimaginable conditions residents have had to endure. I have relatives who have, and do live there. For the management to do nothing about residents not having heat for more than even a week is beyond reason. Management should be held accountable, and go overboard to correct these deplorable conditions.

The apartments here aren't perfect but they are nice. Lily and Alex made my stay here great. I recommend coming here and so far like my experience

The leasing staff was so helpful and patient. I love the way my mother was treated and recommended anyone to take a look. Alex and lily walked my mom through the process and showed her around the property so she knew exactly what she was getting.
