Glenlake Apartments

Been a resident for more than an year now Pros: 1. Reasonably priced for North Boulder Cons: 1. No security on premises. The gate is open for all and have spotted homeless people sleeping in. No security cameras in place, the leasing office is not interested in having them installed 2. Laundry room could use serious improvements - the machines require quarters to run and there is no quarter vending machine; left over clothes, detergent spills, lints make laundry room messier 3. Incidents of stolen and broken personal items. Had incidents where deliveries were stolen, items kept in balcony were damaged and almost looted 4. Air conditioning window units are very old and noisy, and won’t be effective for any more than your living room 5. Covered parking spots have leaking roofs. Good luck wi

The place is serene and calm and has almost all the facilities required. Before coming here I've heard some bad things about the management in the reviews, but upon experiencing myself, the management is pretty good or must've gotten better. Almost all my troubles were sorted within a week of my move in . So in conclusion, a great place 👍

Loved it, was sad to move (for a job). Maintenance was always super quick to respond, staff always gave advanced notice when they had to come in to the apartment. The remodeled units were beautiful, great price. Grounds and building were always cleaned and upkeep was great. One of my favorite places I have ever lived and will absolutely move there again if I live in Boulder.

I’ve been living in GlenLake for the past 4 years and I have been please and satisfied. The one-bedroom apartments are fairly large compared to what other complexes offer in the area. The location is perfect, walking form the essentials and a 2 min drive to the Foothills highway. Management is super responsive, helpful and friendly! And maintenance is efficient and quick to respond. Very grateful for the last 4 years here!

If you like your slums infested with critters and mold, rotten, leaky plumbing, chipping lead paint, and falling asbestos, this is the place for you!!! If you like loud and aggressive neighbors, old men staring in your child's bedroom, nosy and controlling management, look no further! If you like moving from unit to unit trying to find one that meets a baseline criteria of habitability while you wait out your lease, then Glenlake apartments are a perfect place to call home!
