GPM has been managing our family owned apartment buildings for the past 2 years, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. Communication has always been solid and they’ve been punctual with getting things taken care of. I have had a great experience with GPM. I have used them for the past year and can’t speak highly enough of their clear communication, attention to detail, and management skills. They’ve made the process of finding a tenant easy and understanding. GPM made sure the tenants were throughly screened and handled the entire process from A to Z. Can’t recommend them enough. Update after almost a year living at an apartment managed by GPM: Really pleased with how responsive and professional they are when it comes to maintenance requests! Never had a property manager who was this quick with sending out professionals to fix issues that come up. Just wanted to pass this info along because I think it’s important! Edwin was very kind and supported us during every step of the renting and move in process. He is attentive and responds quickly, and makes me feel like we’re in good hands moving forward. It was / is the most positive experience we’ve had with a property management company.
