I have lived her for years and I will be honest. The office staff changes way to much.One day you talk to someone they tell you one thing, the next day someone new is in there spot. The turn over rate in the office is terrible. And it seems every time it changes they get someone ruder than the last. The rent is high but I do not complain. But to be told that I have to bust my ass on ice from a snow storm because they do not clear or put salt on the side walks, is absolutely ridiculous.i called one lady tells me they order salt and will be putting some out when it comes. I call back 5 minutes later to talk to the manager after falling and she tells me it’s my job to clear the sidewalk . The side walks belong to the property. But the office sidewalks and parking spots are spotless. No ice or

Lived here in Glenbrook East for a couple years. First year wasn't great and had some issues, but the past year and a half has been fine. Less bugs, less crazy stuff happening, less problems overall. Had a small issue during moveout that was resolved painlessly.

The worst property management team I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. The word "team" is used very loosely here because I didn't talk to the same person more than twice due to their high turn over rate. People did not seem to enjoy working there nearly as much as I disliked living there. The office management were complete failures in communication and failed to uphold their legal responsibility to tenants. They would send out mass communications that threatened to kick renters out without justification. This caused dozens of people to line up at the office to get some kind of clarification, but the response was simply rude and unhelpful. They actually misplaces several apartments leases and then blamed the renters for their poor organization. They depend on their renters to keep

My granddaughter had a blast at this years Halloween party! Great Job Ticon! Every employee had on their costumes and was so happy to have us.

The apartments at Glenbrook are reasonably priced and are not badly maintained, but their management leaves much to be desired. Work orders often go unaddressed or are closed without resolution, so if you have a problem, you might be better off handling it yourself. The office staff are not very helpful and seem to serve no more purpose than a decorative piece. The overall experience has been frustrating, and the lack of effective support is a major downside.
