This was the most pleasant complex that I have ever applied for. Both Ashley Ayers and Roberto Cortes are absolutely an amazing team. Previously prior to my retirement, I was an executive retail store manager. These two members of your team I would say are irreplaceable. They are not only client serving individuals. They work extremely well together and they are completely engaging with every client. You are blessed to have this team in our community. I was fortunate enough to place my 86 year-old Aunt Tina in one of your units from the parking lot to her unit number 102 is a straight shot from the handicap parking space. He made sure not to worry to place a 60 days notice to my new apartment. I love the staff at Glen Ridge Commons. I just want to say the staff welcomed me, and treated me like family. I'm so blessed to have Roberto Cortez,and Ashley's help with the patient's and time with me.Truly awesome!
If I could rate it negatively I would. Wrongful eviction 10 years later this apartment complex is the absolute worst. I hope you have the year you deserve. Thanks for starting ours off right!
Man, I don't know where to start with this one. When I say that this process was absolutely amazing it was. From the beginning Gabriella was very personable and helpful. I felt like I knew her already. The process was very smooth and I felt like I was right where I belonged. As I was shown the 3 bed room that I was looking for Ashley walked me through and even gave me her opinion on how I was going to fit my things in there. I though I had a interior designer with me. All my questions were answer promptly and to the best of their knowledge. When signing day came they were just as happy for me and my family as I was. This experience is by far the best experience I had in my home search. I would recommend 10xs again. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK.
