Mrs. Arthearia Williams from the front office has went above and beyond With her customer service she has been so polite, so helpful and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything else . The young ladies in the front office are incredibly nice and welcoming. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with such kindness. Artheria assisted my daughter with her application and made the entire process so smooth. She answered every question we had with patience and professionalism, and she was very understanding throughout everything. What really stood out was how she kept us updated during the entire process, which we truly appreciated. It made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. This is definitely one of the worst leasing offices I’ve dealt with. If we’re being honest about the issues, here are a few of them: The staff appears very young and inexperienced. Personal information does not feel secure. There is a lack of proper management and professionalism. The office door is often locked, and calls frequently go unanswered. Staff members spend time socializing instead of assisting residents or applicants, and they can be very rude. Management has allowed this environment to become far too comfortable and unprofessional. The property needs stronger oversight and better-trained staff. People are simply trying to move and secure housing they should not have to deal with unnecessary frustration. I had to come and give Glen Oaks office staff and maintenance team a shout out for the awesome work they do. The maintenance team did a GREAT job completing repairs. The front office staff was professional, proficient, and willing to listen and make sure my needs as a new resident was promptly taken care of. This app only allows for 5 stars, I wish I could give more as I am extremely pleased with the attention they gave to my requests. Again, thank you Glenn Oaks, I appreciate all you do:)
