I had called regarding things and activities for the residence to do to keep the mind and the body going. It’s just good for the mind and the soul to keep busy a lot of times different things be a part of life and I was told there was just bingo and no outings, nothing for holidays. I know I see people sitting out in the Front but some of them seem so sad I just don’t understand why you don’t have anything for them to do so no I would not put my relative or anyone I care about in this place to live

I work for a client that lives here, I love it! It's peaceful, not noisy, everybody minds thier own business. It's clean, the staff is so cool and kind, so helpful😃 I love this place!!! It's totally worth every penny to live here😃

Individuals on lease that do not actually live on property. Park vehicles on grounds and come back sporadically to check mail, apartment. Management is fully aware of this fraudulent activity and keeps looking the other way. It has been going on for years. Maintenance/management have entered individual apartments enough for repair and various inspections to know who is living there and who is not. Also, a build up of notices by same individuals in box posted outside individual door is a good indicator of who is not actually living there. In addition trying to get repair work done is a crap shoot. Sometimes repair work is done and sometimes it is not. About the only time you can guarantee maintenance will be done is when CALHFA is coming for their yearly inspection.

False advertisement!!! If you truly care about somebody do not have them live here.

Nice place for seniors to live.Security, fencing around the perimeter of the building.Some what of a quiet area,close to the Tower
