The most painful renting process I have been apart of. Took 2 weeks to finally get a lease after touring. Not sure how a property “manager” would be unaware a Ring camera exists, who has access to it, and unsure of the keypad combination to the front door. On top of it, unwilling to make any adjustments to the lease, ultimately making the deal fall through. Frustrating and disappointing
