I wish I could leave no stars. Please save yourself the headache. This company ONLY cares about the money and is a complete rip off. Their properties look pleasing to the eye but they are garbage. They reel you in by being nice and accommodating until you sign the lease. After that you don’t hear from them until it’s time to pay, even though they don’t respond to service requests or fix anything. The property falls apart and the necessities needed to live there like water, heat, and electric all have major issues. It took them months to come and fix one thing out of dozens. For example, I was left without hot water for a month and the electric went in the kitchen. They never let you talk to the property manager, just the assistant Belle who is definitely not a woman of God. Even visiting t

Glasberg Properties were very kind and professional. I met Niko when I came to view the property and he really set the tone and made me feel comfortable as well as the rest of the team. The level of communication was great and the move-in process was very smooth. I highly recommend for anyone looking to move in center city area of Philadelphia/ University city. The units are the perfect size with new and beautiful appliances and the security system is great and does a great job of keeping everyone safe. I would highly recommend Glasberg Properties. My unit is modern with high-quality appliances and security features. The building is always kept clean and well-maintained; the cleaning staff comes in on a weekly basis. The maintenance crew stays on top of repairs/fixes; all maintenance requests are given immediate attention. I have remained a happy tenant for nearly 4 years now!
