If you want to throw away enormous amounts of money, Gladmar Court is the place for you. They charge ridiculous move-out fees without even inspecting anything, and rent just keeps climbing with no improvements. You’ll freeze all winter because the heat is controlled by management, not you—expect to wear a hat and coat inside thanks to constant drafts. There’s no central air, and the living conditions are miserable. There’s only one way in and out of the complex, and when they do construction you’re forced to park on a side street and either wait or walk a long distance just to get home. The staff who manage Gladmar and the other locations are exceptionally diligent at their jobs. They are kind, courteous, and understanding and will go out of their way to help make your experience a pleasant one and fit to your needs. The maintenance team, ESPECIALLY Steve, are prompt in their responses and are very helpful and kind. They've also gone out of their way to tell us some of what they were doing so for minor fixes so that if it recurred, we might be able to fix it in a pinch which as a first time renter, is very appreciated. Most importantly, Steve ALWAYS knocks to make sure that we are aware of his entry. Issues around the building have been answered promptly by the management office, including any questions regarding security or questions regarding the lease, even on weekends

Clements Court Apartments is a quiet, friendly environment to live in. I've been here over ten years and pleased with my living situation. Maintenance is done promptly, the grounds are kept neat and the staff are always pleasant.

Car Vandalism, Mail Theft and Mold! A lot of the good reviews are for Clements Court (they own 7 locations). This location and Audubon Arms seem to be the worst. Only a small few reviews are from people who actually live here. There is one apt mgmr. The apt mgmr is argumentative, threatening etc. You may see a maintenance worker cleaning trash thrown about. No central air and no garbage disposal (both are advertised on the website) This is HUD housing turned into overpriced apts They charged 1300 in 2023, 1450 in 2024 and now 1790 for 2025. Today my vehicle was vandalized for the 4th time in 8 months! Management is horrendous, ignores problems or promises to improve or mitigate issues, then does nothing. My bathroom floor is crumbling and cracking and tiles pop up as you walk. The ceiling above my shower is falling in. They’ve sent repair people 3x after I made numerous complaints and still, the problems persist. Repair guy said he was told to just patch it and wait until I move out. The main repair guy makes racist jokes and walks into our apt without notice or even knocking! You can’t just dab caulk on a wall that’s water damaged from an upstairs leak, and also, gthoh bigot!
