I’ve never had the pleasure of working with Gina directly, but my relatives have in the past dating all the way back to 2014-ish. My grandmother sold our “up-north” house around that time, and Gina was involved with the sale. Now, more recently, our family has been dabbling with the idea of attempting to purchase the property back from the current owners, as it does hold personal and sentimental value to us. Gina was extremely helpful in getting the absolute most for our property. She went over and above getting photos, including taking a snowmobile to get the best shots. We were always well informed in the status of the posting. A buyer was found quicker than we ever expected. The entire process could not have gone smoother. We would definitely recommend her and her staff to anyone looking to sell their property.

Birdee did a superb job for me.I moved to an assisted living 100 miles south. She drove down here to sign the listing documents and again to sign the closing ones. She helped negotiate a few things on a revised offer. Listed on Tuesday, hit the MLS on Wednesday recieved an offer on Sunday morning She is an up and coming young star in the realestate market. Definitly one I would highly recommend.

Gina and her team made the entire process absolutely flawless. I had heard horror stories of selling and that simply was not the case.
