Look elsewhere. From my experience, they don’t care about anyone else but themselves. They are shady, bend the rules, and operate in bad faith. They will take advantage of you. There are many real estate agents out there, no reason to choose one that you will regret. Judge agents on your way out, because on your way in, every agent will sweet talk you. Gilsenan care about making the quick commissions, that’s it. If you must deal with them, you better read the fine print in your contracts. And I hope you have a good lawyer.

William Gilson hires scam artists which commit fraud on his behalf or worse, w/o his knowledge. When confronted with the particulars of his agent’s scams, he simply claims they are Independent Contractors and he has no control over their actions. Stay far away from this agency and William Gilson!
