Gilliam Place

I believe Gilliam Place is a great "Affordable Housing Complex". The staff is phenomenal. The unit in which I live is nice (5yrs - 6yrs in December). The neighbors are kool😎. We've had 4 or 5 different managers in 5 to 6 years and they were all different the way they managed🤣 Nonetheless, I don't complain about anything I can manage. If I have a concern, I address it to them as I should and take it from there. I recommend Gilliam Place for an affordable housing.

Called the rental office about something that needed to be fixed in my apartment, it was fixed the same day. Not a few days later the same exact day. All the staff are nice, respectful and helpful.

I was apply long time ago I give security deposit $200 money order my application isn’t accepted I asked refund security deposit they said ok but not refund still know.I was contacted a lot but they didn’t respond.

It’s really so much from the time I filled out my application, I couldn’t do a walk through because that’s their policy. Your walk through is basically when you get the keys to your unit. Just like some places you don’t see nothing wrong until you settle in. So I went with Gilliam place despite the four months wait. The rental office person told me it will take only a few weeks for me to move in It took four months for them to tell me that I can now move in, Already did my rental deposit also holding fee. They told me that I had to get new floors in my unit also painting done so that’s why it was taking along time , When I got here I have old hardwood floors, once my paint settle in the just painted over top the cracks an dents an holes that the last person left. Terrible management, Don't move here. The water bill is so high and the management doesn't care it.
