Gilcrease Estates

Where do I begin. I was looking for a place to call home I had placed a call to Gilcrease Hills Estates and at the time Tomara McHenry was away from her desk and the voicemail said leave a message but I chose not to because I was so confused and depressed at the time but she immediately called me back. She worked effortlessly days and hours helping me to get into my place I now call home I wish I could give her a special gift for all her hard work but her job doesn't allow me to do so. But I can definitely give her a 5 start rating which needs to be a 10 star with a professional promotion she's absolutely wonderful she's patient caring and compassionate about her job but she's also by the books she doesn't waiver I could go on and on about her. Thank You so much for what you did to help me

Love the quiet, chilling atmosphere. This is home to me.

I was over run with roach's and mice and the management wouldn't correct the problem. The roach's were in my dishwasher and cooking range. When Premier Management bought the property I was told they had a idea on getting rid of the Roach's 🪳 in the appliance's but you would have to replace them as the pest companies I called said you can't spray in a dishwasher or cooking range. .When Premier wanted me to sign a new lease with higher rent I moved as they wouldn't put in writing they would replace them, no one should have to deal with mice running physically over them. I moved out

Visted club house for meeting. It was very nice, clean, accommodating.

Great place. 1 and 2bedroom apartments. Plenty of space. Walk in closets, large spacious kitchen.
