Gifford Court Apartments

I honestly can’t say enough about Sue and Brian. They are the best, most attentive landlords I’ve ever had. They are always on top of repairs and listening to their tenants. My husband and I made a last minute move from Utah to Omaha and had no idea where to go, we found Gifford Court online while in Utah and Sue and Brian FaceTimed us for a walk through. They took all the stress away from us and made renting a breeze. We have been at Gifford Court for over 2 years now and it’s honestly my favorite part of Omaha. Living here is a dream! Gifford Court is in a great location for school and having a social life. The laundry room is always clean and there are always machines to use. We love our apartment at Gifford Court! It's very reasonably priced, is owned and managed by a very lovely and responsive couple, and is very close to Creighton. The laundry room never has a wait, as there are so many machines available. The Creighton shuttle stops right at the corner which is super convenient to get to campus with. Our apartment was updated fairly recently, and it's a nice place to be! There are many graduate students, like myself, who live here. So, if you are looking for a quiet and very reasonable place to live, this is the right choice!

I lived at Gifford Court for 4 years in two different style apartments and honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about both the apartments and the landlords, Sue and Brian. It honestly was so refreshing to live in an apartment owned by a caring couple and not some big corporation. It was always easy to get ahold of them and they were always on top of things. We lived in both a smaller one bedroom and a larger one bedroom with a balcony. Both were very well maintained and had updated countertops and appliances. The larger one bedroom had a nice deck as well. As a college student I appreciated the proximity to UNO’s campus. I really cannot say enough good things about Gifford Court and how wonderful Sun and Brian are!

I lived at Gifford Court apartment for over two years and highly recommend it. The property was well-maintained and recently renovated, with a spacious kitchen that was surprisingly large for a one-bedroom apartment. The area was safe, and parking was conveniently provided and felt secured. The landlords were exceptional—always responsive and just a call or text away whenever I needed anything. They genuinely care about their tenants and take pride in providing a great living experience. My rent remained the same during my stay, there were never any hidden fees and some utilities were covered as part of the rent. I would have stayed longer if a two-bedroom option had been available. Over the course of 5 years I’ve lived in both Gifford Court and Beehive’s property in Dundee. Sue and Brian were excellent landlords with clean, updated, maintained, and affordable properties in desirable locations. It seemed like most of my neighbors were either young professionals or students in graduate school. On the rare occasion where I had a minor issue, they were always attentive and there to help me out. When my roommate moved out and I needed a one bedroom, there’s a reason why I sought out another one of their properties.
