Peter Lomenzo is the best broker I have ever worked with. He was a buyer’s agent for me recently, the first time I ever worked with one. We had an elderly family member move out of their house and needed it sold for their living expenses. We live out of state and needed help with the house sale and someone to guide us through the process. The house was in need of some work prior to going on the market. Peter explained what work would make it more amenable to buyers. He also had the contractor to do it. During this time the COVID-19 outbreak started. The septic system failed and we needed extensive work on it to sell the house. Due to the pandemic, the town was slow to approve the septic permit. Peter did what it took to get the permit and have the work done quickly. After the house was on the market, more issues came to light. A plumber, an electrician, and a mason were needed.
