He made a $3600 error on our taxes acknowledge the mistake and refuse to give us our preparation fee back which was only $150 I do not recommend that you use him he is not a tax professional and any error that you get all your taxes you’ll be responsible for paying due to his mistakes. His only concern is bringing in clients and collecting the tax preparation fee he can care less about how your taxes are done. I contacted him several times trying to resolve this issue to no avail I can’t sue you for the $3600 but refunding the tax preparation money was a reasonable request being that I’m out of $3600. I will continue to use social media to make people aware of the poor job that you did so no one else is in the same predicament that my husband and I are what I’m writing is true so therefo
