We had the same experience as other negative reviewers. Wallace Gibson is extremely unprofessional and rude to potential clients. She is also extremely inconsiderate. She proposed a date and time for us to view a property and required us to complete the rental application. We jumped through all her hoops. I wrote to confirm our appointment and only then did she let us know that there was a lease out on the property. Her communication is extremely rude and condescending. Also, in demonstration of her conceit, she calls herself the "Landlord Whisperer". We found her to be anything but. Find a more professional realtor for your search in the Charlottesville area.

This was the worst experience my husband and I ever had. A thunderstorm caused a tree from the rental property to fall on the neighbors roof the week before we were supposed to be married. My husband called Wallace and she asked him what he wanted her to do about it and hung up on him. Meanwhile the neighbors were very distraught, but understanding that there was nothing we could do. We left the rental property in better condition than we moved into and she still kept our security deposit. I gave 1 star because I could not give -1. Never rent from this woman!!!! I love the gremlin comment.

Does not perform service requests. Look really hard at the better business bureau (F) and trust all the negative comments online. They are accurate. Moved in and had to PAY for necessary repairs and lack of upkeep. Got sick of dealing with her so moved out before I ended up paying for maintenance of property this company "supposedly" manages. If you are okay with rude correspondence, 100% evasion when making honest service requests and NEVER actually being able to speak with your landlord, this is the company to use. Employs the following lines to lure out of town folks to lease: "I rent most of my properties sight unseen" "Someone else is interested in the property. Told a prospective tenant since she did not include the ages of her kids the answer was no to showing a house. We will be having a house built for us and wait 4 months to move. After reading these reviews I absolutely want to thank the PoS Realtor Wallace Gibson for not showing the house on Presidents Drive. As you are a fine and outstanding example of everything a realtor agency should not be.

This woman is pure evil in every sense of the word. We rented from her for 4 absolute years of total HELL! Never have I met such a rude, inconsiderate, money hungry excuse of a professional and I do use the word lightly. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because we loved our home, it's location and we are not a family that believes in moving around alot. Getting in touch with this woman was impossible.
