Living here has truly been a peaceful and beautiful experience. I have lived in this community for four years, and it has consistently been amazing. From the quiet environment to the well-maintained grounds, everything makes this place feel like home. The management team and staff are truly wonderful — professional, kind, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and everything is kept clean and well cared for. I especially appreciate the sense of safety and comfort I feel every day. I’m genuinely happy to call this place my home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live.

Hello guys! This is omid has been one and half year which I am living here Gia west-chase community buildings . It’s amazing place to stay with cool neighborhood and awesome services. The prices are enough cheap compared to other properties. To be honest i find the property manager very kind and nice. Large parking space for cars, plant grace all over the property with beautiful trees and flowers with computerized watering system. The security is good enough, the security cameras are activated 24 hours and no one will be able to do crime. It is the the best part which I love about this property. Air conditioner, heather and electricity are cheap and these systems working properly all the time or if we face any issue with that they have fast mechanics in Oder to fix the problem in a v

Unsafe and Unresponsive Management Living here has been a nightmare. All four of my car tires were stolen, and the leasing office did nothing to help or improve security. This isn’t the first time such incidents have occurred, and the management clearly doesn’t care about residents’ safety. The lack of concern and action from the office is unacceptable,If you value your security and peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs.
