Georgian townhome stealing my rental deposit and NOT returning it. Back story-I resided at the Georgian townhome for almost 3 years. Paid my rent on time dealt with a lot of issues. I followed every protocol, gave my 60 day notice and left the apartment cleaned. No, damages. I never brought any furniture into the unit. Because I didn't plan to stay there too long cuz. There was always issues with the neighbors with smoking, prostitution, music and drugs on the premises. I moved to a new state and the New management team decided that they're going to keep my deposit.And not return it to me.When there is no damages or anything to the unit, i've been waiting over two months and management Belinda Cantu has decided that she's going to steal my deposit. Im sharing my review to really warn any and everybody about these townhomes. Please take a look at the unit before you move in, this is something I never had a chance to do. I only seen pictures from Facebook which was false. Deana Smith lied to me about everything, she said it was so beautiful everything was getting remolded which was false. From day one it has been hell, the first day I walked in to the townhome I was very shocked it was nasty, the floors and baseboards had to be redone my whole front door came off and it’s still broke almost a year later, John who is the maintenance manager is a liar also and don’t fix nothing just patch it up. He told me we were all getting new doors but it’s 11 months later I have the same door. My unit flooded one week after moving in because of old

I only gave it 1 star because there was no option for less. Maintenance is a joke. Deena, the “manager “ is a pathological liar. In the summer the average temperature in my unit was 85* & my electric bills were up to $600. The pool was NEVER open in the 2 1/2 years that I rented there. The back porch was falling down. Black mold growing from the walls. Maintenance would routinely enter my unit with no notice or indication that they had been there. Drug dealers lived in the unit next to me. And if all that wasn’t bad enough, Deena lied, again, when I moved out, following all the terms of my lease, and refused to return my deposit. DO NOT RENT from these crooks if you have ANY other option. The best thing I ever did was move out!

I’m leaving this final review because any sane person who works hard for their money should not be moving in here I recently had the unfortunate experience of living in Unit 7177, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Living in this unit was marred by two significant issues: a disruptive neighbor and a lack of professionalism from the leasing agents. First and foremost, the noise from the neighbor living above was beyond tolerable. It seemed like they had no regard for the peace and quiet of their fellow residents. Noises at all hours of the day became a constant disturbance. Living below such a lunatic neighbor was a nightmare that took a toll on my mental well-being. As of 11/22/23 i am feeling very overwhelmed. I am currently having an issue with a tenant whom recently moved into the community who is filtering my apartment daily with her weed smoking activity. My livingroom, kitchen and recently my bedroom has been engulfed with weed smell. Its getting onto my cloths i have had to rewash numerous times. I have reached out to the propperty management team almost daily regarding this issue i have even called the police. The tenant has been spoken to on many occasions not to splkoe in the unit. yet still she BOLD face lies when asked by management and cops if she's smoking and continues smoking in her unit. taunting with comments that she won't be caught, laughing and continues with her neighboramoking buddy. which is affecting my state of mental and
