DO NOT MOVE HERE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. The trailer are trash and they only do minor cosmetic repairs. I purchased a trailer that had uneven floors with soft spots, a leak under the kitchen sink, cabinets not finished, had to call a plumber due to pipes, and a bad fuse box that almost caused a fire, I had to get it replaced. The first office magnet was stealing my rent payments, so I almost got evicted, had to go to court in which I never had that problem because I pay my rent every month. The new owners would not even meet with me to resolve the issue and I had all my receipts. The train goes by almost every hour blowing loud horns and shaking your bed all night. Have called the number multiple time's and message says that, this number has a restriction on it, sooo how are people supposed to contact park management to see about renting?
