Georgetown Manor PA Apartments

When I moved in, the apartment was clean, newly painted, new carpet, and some new upgrades to some of the bathroom and kitchen fixtures. During the years I've lived here, any issues requiring maintenance was taken care of in a very speedy manner. If there would be a delay due to needing to get the correct replacement or other issue, they let me know. The employees are friendly and courteous. I found it a good place to live. It's away from noisy traffic, but still close enough to Williamsport for easy shopping and other needs.

We recently were confronted with finding a new home for my wife’s 93 year old mother who was recovering from a fall in her home. We needed to find a first floor apartment that would allow her to resume her independent way of living. The team at Georgetown was simple amazing. They had just had a vacancy and they were quick to help us with every step in making the transition. They were professional, kind, caring and personal in how they made my mother-in-law feel welcomed in her new home. We also have peace of mind now in knowing she is in a safe, comfortable and in an easy to care for place close to our family. -Gary

The location is the perfect mix of neighborhood living with access to everything you need. Not only does South Williamsport provide the Riverwalk and park complex just steps away, but it also gives you a welcoming and safe community feel. This is my 4th year in my apartment and I truly enjoy where I live!

PA Homebase has been of great service. I have two dogs and the home and yard was perfect for us. We lived at one of their rental homes in Williamsport for about a year. Mark is attentive to your needs, communicative, easy going and friendly. Would gladly recommend this home (2223 Boyd Ct) and asking about what other rental properties they have available.

I've been a resident for the past year and a half and I couldn't be happier! The initial apartment showing and lease signing was incredibly smooth and accommodating considering I was moving from out of state. Maintenance is super helpful and responsive with the minimal issues I've had with the unit. Highly recommend!
