From my very first visit to see the apartment model in the leasing office last year and throughout my time here at Georgetown Apartments, Madalynn Barr has been absolutely delightful! She is always quick to respond to any questions I have and the apartment community's maintenance is always on top of things. The neighborhood is wonderful, feels very safe and it's kept nice and clean, too. Been living here for over a year now and I hope to stay for several years. It's way more space than my previous apartments and bonus it offers plenty of closets for storage. The private outdoor patios are lovely and really make it feel like home. I love my little Georgetown Apartments townhome so much!

My twin sister, her husband, and our mom have all been living at the Georgetown apartments for over 30 years. Yes, "over" 30 years! As you can tell by the number of years, we have truly enjoyed being here. My sister and her husband have their apartment, and me and my mom shared an apartment until she passed away at the end of April. The management team was so gracious, thoughtful, and caring during this time, it moved our hearts so. They are like family to us. Yes they try to take care of business and any problems as quickly as they can, but they have also shown us that they care on a personal basis as well. "Thank you for caring"❤️. I am very pleased to be a resident of the Georgetown Apartments in RVA. Madalyn Barr made the move-in process super easy and answered all my questions. The community here is very welcoming. It’s so nice to have residents smile, wave, and stop to chat. (Shout out to Esther!) The property is well maintained and the maintenance staff is very responsive. The location is amazing and close to Cary Town. The neighborhood is not be overlooked either, as I walk twice a day and feel safe, regardless of time.

I’ve lived at Georgetown Apartments for nearly three years and have personally referred two residents to the community. Built in the 1960s, the buildings are solidly constructed with brick and higher-quality materials than what you’ll find in most newer developments. The floor plans are bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Many of the older units are being beautifully renovated with upscale kitchens and modern bathrooms. If you're considering a move here, be sure to ask the leasing office about availability in a renovated unit. For the price, there’s truly nothing comparable in Richmond — especially when you factor in the private outdoor patio space, which is a rare find. I've been so impressed with Georgetown Apartments and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience in Richmond. The townhomes themselves are incredibly charming and spacious, with beautiful hardwood floors and an abundance of closet space – a huge plus! I especially love having my own private enclosed patio, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors.
