I have lived here for three years, and from the day I moved in, my experience has been truly wonderful. I would like to give a special mention and heartfelt thanks to Cheryl, who has consistently gone above and beyond to help me throughout my stay. Her support, kindness, and prompt assistance made a tremendous difference. I am also grateful to the other office staff, who have all been accommodating, professional, and responsive whenever I needed help. I cannot thank the team enough for their support and for making every transition smooth. They were always prompt and helpful with everything—from returning my advance payment to handling utilities and any other concerns. I’ve lived here for six months, and from the day I moved in, the experience has been wonderful. Cheryl is incredibly accommodating and always responsive. When I had issues with my washer, maintenance fixed it promptly, and when it broke again, they replaced it with a brand-new one. The apartment was spotless when I moved in—so clean that I didn’t have to redo anything, which is rare to find. It’s quiet, well-managed, and truly felt like home. I’m only moving because of a job opportunity in another state and I graduated.

I moved into my apartment in February 2025. The ladies in the office are great people. Very nice, down-to-earth, and personable. I've only had one issue, my toilet broke and I reported it to the office. Maintenance was there the same day. All in all, it is a great place to live.

I’ve been living at Georgetown apartments for almost 5 years, I can honestly say this is one of the best places to live in the Morgantown area. The women in the office are always extremely helpful and sincere. Anytime I have a question or any issues they make sure it is taken care of right away! I couldn’t ask for better landlords. Thank you office ladies !!! Also the maintenance man is extremely friendly and very informative! Anytime I have a problem or a small leak he always makes sure it’s fixed by the time I get home from work. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live !

Appliances break very often (entire HVAC systems, Dryers, etc.) with zero sense of urgency from the people who work in the office. They will also charge any visitors to park at certain times throughout the year. From my experience over this past year it just seems as though the office doesn’t want to do their job, as they are even extremely rude and inefficient on the phone for normal matters. Just overall disappointing. Not worth the rent or worry.
