Georgetown Apartments

I absolutely love living here!!! I moved in a couple months ago and the maintenance guy Hugo has been phenomenal! The regional Manager TJ has also been phenomenal! I just had an issue with my AC going out and because I have health issues I was worried about the temperature getting too hot and me passing out and I live alone. I went down and let them know and even showed my butt a little bit which is very out of character for me. They promptly came up here and looked at it and are looking at creative solutions to try and fix it until an AC repairman can come tomorrow. This is one of a million different things that they have gone above and beyond in every way to help with any upraising issues. If you're looking for a place to live I highly suggest here. I’ve been a resident here going on 2yrs. This apartment complex is really nice including my neighbors. The management (Mrs. Robin) is truly really nice and attentive to residents concerns and needs. The Maintenance (Mr. Jason) is very thorough in every job he has accomplished. Overall Georgetown Apartments is a very nice place to live.

I have been a resident for 6 years. Ms. Robin is the best manager ever. She is always helpful and professional. This place has really turned around since she has been in office. If there is ever and issue she fixes it right away. Ms. Robin is very knowledgeable in this field. I feel great knowing that she’s here 😊 she is LITERALLY the only reason I resigned my lease

The office manager is amazing, she is the only reason we are living here. Her boss is the bane of our existence. We have now gone 5 months w/o a working stove bc he is to cheap to get a new one. Thanksgiving wo a stove and two kids was not fun. We are still w/o a working oven going into Christmas. The current office manager does what she can with what her boss allows her to do. 5 stars for her because she makes Georgetown livable. She is the only reason why we are still here and with the flack she takes from those above her we support her. There would be no residents here wo her and her caring so deeply for her tenants.

I moved recently to Georgetown Apartments and I really like it here. I moved into an apartment with a brand new kitchen, appliances that are very modern (stainless steel) and the floors are very nice looking. Love the look and feel of the apartment. They have a new leasing manager (Robin) and she was super friendly and took the time to sit down with me and explain the process. She answered all my questions. All the staff that I've met are all super friendly. I highly recommend this place.
