they are very unprofessional. my brother kevin is disable and they tried to take advantage of him, when he org called them and requested a application he told them he wanted a 1 bedroom only, he told them his age , i was right there, they then mailed him the app he mailed it back, when he spoke to craig upon being called and told tht he was up on the list, he again told them he wanted a 1 bedroom, craig told him to give his 30 day notice he had a unit, my brother asked could he look at it 1 st he was told no,. i told him to go look 1st, when he did he noticed that it was a efficacy . which is way to small for him, he called and spoke to George and was told tht he was advice of the size when he came in to pick up and drop off the app, which was a lie cause he did it by mail, then was told

Wonderful office people(Only reason for 4*'s), maintenance needs classes on customer service/job quality and owner/manager needs be careful in hiring tenants to do office, service task to keep things confidential n professional. We All need help, it's hard at times to admit this but God grows us to be humble🥰 I am enjoying my place and grateful to God and Craig, George and Tom for my transition to my new home🥰
