I live at West Belvedere Garden Apartments, which is managed by George Schnader L Jr Property Management, and my experience has been awful. The apartment has been infested with mice for over a year, and even after repeated maintenance requests, nothing was properly fixed. Maintenance confirmed that gaps and openings throughout the unit were letting mice in, but management admitted repairs would be “too costly.” The problem was acknowledged but never resolved. When I told them I would hold my rent in escrow until the health and safety issues were addressed, the property manager retaliated by CC’ing my supervisor at work in an email about my private tenant complaint — a clear attempt to embarrass me and jeopardize my job. Hello I used to live at East Northern parkway apartments I was there for a year and a half I actually love the apartment the only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom was in the bedroom but it was just me. I sometimes like the people in the office they work with you but the problem that I had towards the end was a serious mole problem they sent someone out but all they did was painted the walls and they vacuum cleaner over the carpet in the closet there's mole all built up under the. Carpet in the closet and when you turn on the air conditioner in the bedroom it's nothing but the reek of mold and mildew coming out of it so I didn't use it I use the air conditioner in the living room cuz that was fine.. there's mold built up around the walls in the bedroom I took pictures and videos

I love this company , all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable . I couldn't ask for a better landlord and Kim (the Property Manager) is the Best!
