I honestly can't say enough good things about Rebecka Backer and the team over at Gentry. Rebecka was one of the most responsive, and professional realtors I have worked with -- she was honest with me, and ensured transparency at all steps in the process. We were dealing with a seller, and a property that was a bit more complicated than normal which meant a lot of back and forth emails, texts and phone calls. I was very thankful for Rebecka's persistence throughout the entire process. She was even able to recommend, and coordinate a well inspection contractor within a day or so! I will definitely be working with Rebecka and the Gentry team again in the near future!

From the first day in selecting Liz for selling our property, she seemed to be on the same page. Pricing, process, and trust were our immediate impressions of Liz. Our listing was very difficult, as we were selling our property long distance. She went out of her way to solve many problems for us and made us feel at ease. Her knowledge and reliability were paramount and we are so glad for our choosing Liz for our listing!

We can’t say enough great things about Gentry Realty, especially Liz Miller. She was amazing from start to finish. We moved to Utah in the middle of the selling process and she was our eyes and ears of our home. She drove 45 minutes to check on things and she ensured everything was 100%. You have to trust your realtor and know they have your back and 100% best interest at heart and she did more than that!

My experience with Liz was not a good one. About 10 months ago we put an offer on the Gruenfelder's home. We went back and forth with counter offers , none of which were accepted. Liz reached out to our agent mid January asking if we were still interested in the house at our final offer. We agreed and signed all the documents on 1/27. After a week without hearing back, my agent reached out to Liz only to hear that she had 2 more showings after receiving our signed paperwork(questionable). Long story short, the house sold on 8/1 for $1,000 more than our signed offer. Not only did we get screwed on the home but so did our agent by not getting her commission from the sale. If the Gruenfelder's had to pay taxes from Feb. to late July, you could say the sale wasn't in their best interest eit
