Frank and Kristen were very thorough from start to finish. They made sure to address our needs and concerns throughout the whole building process and were overall very easy to work with. We had a final inspection done and the inspector made sure to tell us in detail how he could tell the builders really cared and went above and beyond in the building process compared to other builders he's seen. If we had to start over we would go with Gentry Custom Homes again.

After several consultations with other builders it was clear decision with Gentry custom homes. We were living out of state during the majority of the build process. They kept clear communication, budget and expectations on track. Both Bill’s provided excellent project management and advice throughout the process of construction and landscaping. **Update 2025**: Unfortunately we had to have our metal roof replaced after a severe hailstorm, merely a year after the house had been completed. If you are a Gentry customer, please know that one can and should talk to Frank Gentry about having repairs done. Do not be convinced by the insurance company to use their preferred contractor. Frank and his roofer/framing sub, Abe Partington, will know your roof. They know the houses they build, and they put a quality product on it! We also witnessed another re-roofing done on a Gentry home in the neighborhood. The decking, in comparison to other roofs in the area done by other builders, was nice -- looked level and seamless! And, in the end, the composite roof had no waviness to it because the underlying structure on that house had been do
