Horrible management running it. You can Hardly understand what they are saying when speaking to them. Literally no help, the office workers change every month or so. Only person who does good is the maintenance man. Him and his wife take good care of the front of the property

My neighbors are always playing loud music and because the walls are so thin, I can hear arguing. The longer I live there, the higher my rent rises that’s why people are always moving out. OMG PARKING IS HORRIBLE, its large families that live here so if I get off work at 7-8pm or later I won’t find parking and I’ll have to park outside the gate. Let’s not forget this is in a bad part of town, so shootings and sirens are so common. I have to do so much paperwork with them throughout the year; it’s ridiculous! Especially when of the paperwork are the same. They don’t give weeks advance notices and usually set deadlines within days to go in, it’s annoying because I have kids in school and I work full time. Been a resident here for a year and I have to say based on my experience, I haven't had any big problems at all. Sometimes I'll see a roach here and there but I think it depends on how clean you keep your apartment. I make sure I wipe all my counters and sink dry and I lysol wipe it all down. I wake up in the middle of the night to grab my baby's bottle and don't see roaches often.. like I said, maybe one or two but that's once in a while. The neighbors are good and not loud. Sometimes you'll get kids playing outside being a little noisy but it's okay with me; it actually makes the place seem family friendly, which it is. Because I was backed into a bind and needed a place to live, I decided to move into these apartments. However, we have had nothing but problems. Cannot get AT&T internet in the apartments at a decent speed, and am forced to used comcast. Neighbors are quiet, but they also tell on you. There is no negotiation, and the staff constantly make up rules that are not in the contract or the lease. They do what they want and are not consistent. Also when using the stove, no matter how clean, the smoke detectors are going off fort he first 15-20 minutes. Everything has been a hassle, even to the moving in with this apartment…Please don't rent from these people.

Roaches, mice and nasty neighbors. The pool opens late and closes early and will spend most of the summer on lock down for cleaning, due to your nasty neighbors. NOBODY pays the same rent and u get no discounts for being a long time tenant. Dosent matter how clean you leave your appartment you will not see your deposit. You share your appartment with bats and pigons as well as the mice and roaches.
