Geneva Square

I have resided at Geneva Square for the past 13 months. I was happy to renew my lease for a second year following an inquiry from office management. I’m fairly new to the Deep Creek area formerly residing in a sometimes questionable property in South Norfolk with revolving management. Management responds to my online requests promptly and executes the work needed in a courteous and efficient manner. Mrs. Williams, the Property Manager, is pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable regarding the business of leading and property management. Our grounds have a pleasing aesthetic with our lawns and trimmings receiving regular maintenance year round.
