Geneva Greens Apartments

I don't know why people are giving a bad ratings I moved here in 2025, 7 and since I came no disturbing noises or people It's so peaceful to live here . I am Somalian Muslim mature and I am telling about only what I faced

We just recently moved out in 2025 the previous landlord didn't change our carpet or painted our apartment since 2015 the new landlord took over they came in for a inspection the land told us that they got permission to paint our apartment and never did the only response I got was there contractors were busy I keep on sending emails but this was there only excuses and never said anything about the carpet do they know every so many years they need to change or paint the apartment and when we lived there I was told I had to park my son's car down the street couldn't have his car on the property because I didn't own it

This management is TERRIBLE, the worst I have ever seen. It takes over 3 months to get anything repaired. The property manager enters your unit whenever she wants without notice. She has favorites, and does not keep up with the property at all. The plumbing in the building is terrible, and she refuses to fix. My apartment flooded 1/2021, it still hasn't be fully repaired. If she fixes anything she will charge the tenant. The people she has been renting to obviously has huge ethics issues, its become the middle east, they harass other tenants and throw trash around the property. The garbage bins are ALWAYS full so it makes it hard for you to discard trash. They fight over parking spaces. A gross place to live, dying to move out. BEWARE!!! DO NOT RENT HERE

There is false advertising about this property. They advertise non-smoking but the neighbors chain smoke in their apartment. The manager told me she has smelled it but nothing she can do. Why should I have to breathe second hand smoke. The lease is a big joke to most who live out here.

This place has been nothing but a disaster since day one 8/2015. I'll be glad to say good bye to this chapter of my life. I'm not the one that even resided here but just a visit into the neighbor and dealing with the office staff was stressful enough. Word of advice if you're considering these apartment rentals look elsewhere unless you love drama from the neighbors and rude staff in the office.
