I owned a condo here and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Constant nagging phone calls from the HOA, shocking lack of professionalism by the completely incompetent HOA management, my family and I experienced racism and cruelty from both the neighbors and the management. There’s a giant list of rules that was never given to us, but when some of the “rules” were broken, I was berated by the manager. The amenities are all run down and old, the fees are outrageous and there’s nothing to show for it. I parked in my spot one evening and a huge beam fell from the staircase above me!
