Geneseo Heights Apartments

We truly enjoyed our time living in The apartment complex at Geneseo Heights, it was an enchanting experience in a secure and welcoming environment. The neighborhood felt safe 24/7. Great location! We lived on the third floor for about 2 yrs (moved out for family matters), and one of the highlights in our time there was the stunning view, every sunset bathed our living room in golden waves of sunlight…. The maintenance team deserves a special mention- they are genuinely great . One time, our air conditioning stopped working properly, I called Paulita from the front office. Not only did she answer right away, but within an hour, she got the maintenance team had replaced the entire unit with a new one. Moved in a few weeks ago and love the apartment. Had one issue with the kitchen sink water leak that was quickly fixed. Paulita and Jonathan are very accommodating and efficient. Feels like the country when the deer are grazing out our window. Also love the Christmas decorations pulling into the complex. People are friendly and Apartment organization is outstanding.

Just recently moved here in November 2024 and already enjoying the park-like atmosphere that another reviewer mentioned. The Geneseo Heights Apartments are such a convenient place to live in the heart of Geneseo; it's truly nice. Between the great decorations during the holidays, wildlife, wooded area, and the nice nightly lighting around the property, the management and workers do a great job fixing and maintaining the place. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an enjoyable, all-around place to live in a convenient location.

I have lived here a couple months and I am so impressed with management and maintenance. 10/10.

Recently helped my elderly mother-in-law move into Geneseo Heights. We found the grounds/apts clean, bright, and welcoming. Property Manager was extremely kind, patient, and caring!! Highly recommend!
