I would highly recommend this company. I needed to keep my license active in referral status. After researching and calling up different companies, they either never called me back, the commission splits weren't good, or they didn't much attention to the needs of referral agents. I spoke with Joel from General Referral, and he took the time to walk me through their simple process and answer any questions I had. By this time, I was running out of time to get my license renewed. However Joel was able to get my application processed right away so that I could meet the tight deadline. After 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, I recently signed up to join General Referral, LLC. I found their online registration and sign up process to be very easy and smooth. It only took about 5 minutes total. Joel was also readily available to answer all of my initial up front questions. If you're looking for a referral agency, this is a great place to be. Fees are reasonable. Response is good when you have an issue. And, there is no nonsense with them - when they get paid you get paid. Highly recommend
