Two years after enlisting General Property Management, I continue to be very pleased with my decision. The communication has been excellent even though I live across the country. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Moved out and left the property far better than when I moved in. The old landlord didn’t even finish putting the place together but I needed a rental fast. Here John takes over and I moved out only for my security deposit and my water deposit to be forfeited now because it wasn’t 28 days notice. Some slum lord tactics I see.
