Looked past my subpar credit report and didn't do income proof, took my word for it as I'm a hair stylist at well know salons. My word of mouth was good enough. Been here for a little over a year and a half. Works with you during hardships. Comes right away when you let them know something isn't working right, maintenance men always show up. A very Christian led landlord and I'm blessed to be renting from them. Super blessed.

Good people to rent from. We are in a 2bdrm 2bath apartment with stove, refrigerator & dishwasher. Connections for full W/D, CH&A and a fireplace. Very clean & spacious! Their rent is affordable and they respond quickly & efficiently to maintenance issues. Our experience so far has been that they take good care of their tenants and that's a huge plus!

Cute properties. Front desk lady is beyond rude, no customer service skills at all. Guidelines and requirememts are insane, and I have good history credit and employment. After seeing the reviews obviously I dodged a bullet renting with this company. Please be careful.

Called them to inquire about the shops on Grants Ln in Fort Worth. They are month to month only, meaning they can go up on you when they feel like it. The guy said a lease doesn't benefit them. Also said tenant pays property taxes. I told them my current landlord pays the property tax. He cut me off and said residential and commercial are different. I told him I was referring to my current business. Which is a commercial building. Seems like they do everything to benefit them only. They guy was extremely rude and condescending and kept cutting me off.

This is a great company to find a really good affordable rental. They have really nice properties and a very easy approval process. When I rented from them I never had any issues and I have referred many people there and none of them have had anything but good experiences. If you're looking for nice and affordable rental properties, I would definitely recommend we would definitely recommend renting from this company.
