Working with Gene has been amazing. While I was away waiting for my daughter to have a baby Gene took over everything. He went above and beyond arranging for the CO. He waited for the township at my place and even went to the store to fix some things to get a temporary CO. He knew handymen to fix what the township wanted and coordinated everything for me since I couldn’t be there. Hopefully I’ll be back to let the township in but Gene said not to worry if I can’t because he would handle everything. I highly recommend using Gene.
