Kyle has been our property manager for a year and we really appreciate him. I’ve had a great experience working with his property management team. They are responsive, professional, and consistently handle issues in a timely manner. Communication has always been clear, and they keep me informed without needing follow-ups. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and thoroughly, which has made managing the property stress-free. They are knowledgeable, organized, and proactive about preventing problems rather than just reacting to them. I trust them to handle both tenants and property matters with care and professionalism. I would confidently recommend them to any property owner looking for reliable management.

Kyle is great. His communication skills are amazing not just with me as an owner, but even with a specific tenant that was a bit difficult to communicate with. I actually had two property managers, but decided to go separate ways with the other property manager and have Kyle's company manage all of my units due to his professionalism, communication, and how he always gets an issue resolved. I am a tenant under this company. While their handyman kevin is good at his job, they are extremely non-communicative when it comes to issues. When they first became property managers for my apartment they told me to call the Resident Center app company to fix the issue I was having paying rent. That’s not my job! Desperate, I still called them and they directly told me the property management company has to call them. Also, I have had issues with them turning off the heat. Legally in Albany, apartments heat must be active from October 1st through May 31. Last year they didn’t turn it on until well after October 1st and they turned off the heat well before May 31st. Overall my impression of them is they are incompetent, they get defensive when I make complaints, and they avoid communicat

I was recommended to Gendron's Property Management when I had to fire my previous property manager. I was taken advantage of by my previous property manager because I was not a local investor. They would charge me for maintenance that wasn't done (like snow removal) or overcharge for repairs. However, working with Kyle has been nothing but pleasant. He does what he says he's going to do and takes good care of my properties. He sends pictures showing proof of work done whenever I'm charged, and does not do any unnecessary repairs (or overcharge for repairs). He also finds me excellent tenants that pay on time. Right now, I've entrusted 2 of my 3-family properties to Gendron's Property Management and I look forward to growing my portfolio with them.
